The transformation process, from crushing the kernels to extracting the oil, remains an area of expertise for the WAKKAN Group, which has an oil processing unit in the town of Notsè.

It all starts with the selection of reliable suppliers of palm kernels. These suppliers are often local farmers who grow and harvest the oil palm fruit; the nuts are then extracted from the fruit, cleaned and sorted to remove impurities.

We produce around 30 25-liter cans of oil per week.

Our oil is specially designed for the cosmetics industry, including soap production.

In addition to oil production, WAKKAN also manufactures its own soap from this oil - a carefully controlled value chain.

We produce oil in large quantities, and at times we find ourselves with stocks of oil on hand. So we've started to produce our own soap, which is already available on the market.

The soaps produced can be used not only for washing clothes, but also for showering. A successful combination, thanks to the expertise developed by the company.
